I think it would be great if you could make a sample video lecture available. At the University of Washington EDGE program they make the first few lectures public, so you can get an idea about the course or professor and get potential student excited about the class -- maybe a possibility for you too?
Regardless I think its great you are sharing some of your material. Personally I would really enjoy seeing you present it :).
